Church administration is a ministry of the church that is centered on people and not just paperwork and techniques. It requires faith in God, sensitivity to others, administrative skills, integrity in calling, and a faithful commitment to the ongoing ministry of the church.
Effective church administration helps members see the vision of the church, understand the vision, communicate the vision, and impart that vision to others.
